Airport inquiries

Inquiry Service counters are alongside the Check-in area in Domestic Terminal A, opposite of the Security screening passage (Past security screening) and in the Departure/Arrival Hall of the International Terminal.

Service content: the expected time to provide flights; provide irregular flight delay information; provide the missing item query;

Special Passenger Services: For an unaccompanied passenger (children or elderly) service or wheelchair service, please notify the ticket agent upon ticket purchase. If stretcher service is needed, please contact the First-aid Center (Telephone: 0898-88289334) of Sanya Phoenix International Airport in addition to notification to your ticket agent. When you arrive at the airport, a service attendant will provide you with necessary assistance and service.
